Il n\u2019y a pas vraiment de conflit.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"540\">Dit comme \u00e7a, c\u2019est rassurant.<br data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"488\" \/>On imagine une \u00e9quipe soud\u00e9e, respectueuse, engag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"609\">Et pourtant\u2026 ce constat m\u00e9rite souvent d\u2019\u00eatre regard\u00e9 de plus pr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"751\">Car en mati\u00e8re de <strong data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"653\">gestion des conflits<\/strong>, le vrai probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas toujours le conflit lui-m\u00eame.<br data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"714\" \/>C\u2019est parfois\u2026 son absence apparente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3acff73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3acff73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une \u00e9quipe sans conflit : vraiment un signe de bonne sant\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bfa7711 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bfa7711\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"915\">Dans les faits, une \u00e9quipe sans conflit visible pr\u00e9sente souvent les m\u00eames signaux faibles :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"1134\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1pyu0\" data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"971\">Des r\u00e9unions longues\u2026 mais peu de d\u00e9cisions prises<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ix0vf1\" data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1032\">Des sujets sensibles qui ne sont jamais vraiment abord\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kvsm6n\" data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1085\">Des ajustements permanents\u2026 sans r\u00e9el alignement<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"5o7mmq\" data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1134\">Une sensation diffuse de flou ou d\u2019inconfort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1175\">Rien de spectaculaire. Rien de \u201cgrave\u201d. Mais une usure lente.<br \/>Ce qui est int\u00e9ressant, c\u2019est que ces situations ne viennent pas d\u2019un manque d\u2019engagement, bien au contraire. Elles viennent souvent d\u2019une intention positive :<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1445\">\ud83d\udc49 pr\u00e9server la relation<br data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1387\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 \u00e9viter les tensions<br data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1412\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 maintenir une bonne ambiance<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1487\">Sauf que\u2026 \u00e0 force d\u2019\u00e9viter, on ralentit.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5681f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f5681f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le vrai co\u00fbt cach\u00e9 d\u2019une mauvaise gestion des conflits<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e460cfc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e460cfc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1655\">On parle souvent du co\u00fbt des conflits en entreprise : tensions, erreurs, d\u00e9parts, perte de motivation\u2026 Mais on parle beaucoup moins du co\u00fbt de leur absence.<br \/>Une \u00e9quipe o\u00f9 les d\u00e9saccords ne s\u2019expriment pas vraiment peut co\u00fbter cher. Pas de mani\u00e8re brutale, mais de fa\u00e7on beaucoup plus insidieuse :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"2024\">\n<li data-section-id=\"11gtjsx\" data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1893\">Les d\u00e9cisions prennent plus de temps<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1gz9kyv\" data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"1937\">Les r\u00e9unions s\u2019encha\u00eenent sans trancher<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1bazx9d\" data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1988\">Les compromis remplacent les positions claires<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"eh33\" data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2024\">L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 collective s\u2019\u00e9rode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2081\">Ce qui n\u2019est pas dit ne dispara\u00eet pas. \u00c7a se d\u00e9place juste.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2167\">\ud83d\udc49 dans les d\u00e9lais<br data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2104\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 dans la qualit\u00e9 du travail<br data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2136\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 dans l\u2019\u00e9nergie des \u00e9quipes<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2169\" data-end=\"2213\">Et progressivement, le collectif se fatigue.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30fb806 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"30fb806\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas le conflit\u2026 mais son invisibilit\u00e9<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8236077 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8236077\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2361\">Dans la plupart des \u00e9quipes, les d\u00e9saccords existent.Ils ne disparaissent pas par magie mais deviennent simplement plus discrets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2482\">Au quotidien, on contourne, on s&#8217;adapte, on choisit ses mots, on \u00e9vite certains sujets qui f\u00e2chennt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2524\">Le conflit est bien l\u00e0\u2026 mais il reste en arri\u00e8re-plan. Et toute l\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u00e9pens\u00e9e pour le rendre invisible devient un frein.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2598\" data-end=\"2702\">\ud83d\udc49 Ce qui bloque, ce n\u2019est pas le conflit , c&#8217;est tout ce qu\u2019on met en place pour ne pas l\u2019exprimer<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2846\">C\u2019est l\u00e0 que la <strong data-start=\"2720\" data-end=\"2744\">gestion des conflits<\/strong> prend tout son sens :<br data-start=\"2766\" data-end=\"2769\" \/>non pas pour supprimer les tensions\u2026 mais pour leur donner un espace utile.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14c8787 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"14c8787\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une \u00e9quipe qui fonctionne bien n\u2019est pas une \u00e9quipe sans conflit<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10f9630 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"10f9630\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"2971\">Une \u00e9quipe efficace n\u2019est pas une \u00e9quipe \u201clisse\u201d. C\u2019est une \u00e9quipe o\u00f9 :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2996\" data-end=\"3139\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1pp5bba\" data-start=\"2996\" data-end=\"3036\">les d\u00e9saccords peuvent \u00eatre exprim\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1e7rsrc\" data-start=\"3037\" data-end=\"3080\">les points de vue sont pos\u00e9s clairement<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"orc18j\" data-start=\"3081\" data-end=\"3139\">les tensions sont trait\u00e9es sans d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer la relation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3141\" data-end=\"3221\">Autrement dit : une \u00e9quipe o\u00f9 le conflit peut exister\u2026 sans devenir destructeur. C\u2019est une nuance essentielle.<br \/>Car apprendre la <strong data-start=\"3271\" data-end=\"3295\">gestion des conflits<\/strong>, ce n\u2019est pas apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9viter les tensions, c\u2019est apprendre \u00e0 les rendre <strong data-start=\"3374\" data-end=\"3384\">utiles<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4a7854 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e4a7854\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ce que l\u2019on observe concr\u00e8tement en formation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f1d4730 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f1d4730\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3442\" data-end=\"3531\">En formation, quand on aborde la gestion des conflits, il y a souvent quelqu\u2019un qui dit :<br \/><em data-start=\"3533\" data-end=\"3600\">\u201cFranchement, chez nous \u00e7a va. Il n\u2019y a pas vraiment de conflit.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3602\" data-end=\"3673\">Plut\u00f4t que de rester sur ce constat, on part d\u2019une situation concr\u00e8te :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3675\" data-end=\"3779\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1ogvou6\" data-start=\"3675\" data-end=\"3711\">une discussion qui n\u2019aboutit pas<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kfcroa\" data-start=\"3712\" data-end=\"3739\">un d\u00e9saccord qui tra\u00eene<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1oz702f\" data-start=\"3740\" data-end=\"3779\">un moment un peu tendu du quotidien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3781\" data-end=\"3833\">Deux personnes rejouent la sc\u00e8ne. Le groupe observe. Et l\u00e0, quelque chose devient visible. Les phrases sont prudentes, les mots sont choisis, chacun fait attention \u00e0 ne pas brusquer l\u2019autre.<br \/>Le d\u00e9saccord est bien l\u00e0\u2026 mais il reste en retrait.<br \/>Ensuite, on rejoue la sc\u00e8ne autrement. On teste une communication plus directe, plus simple, plus pos\u00e9e.<br \/>Et souvent, il suffit de peu :<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4171\" data-end=\"4287\">\ud83d\udc49 dire les choses un peu plus t\u00f4t<br data-start=\"4205\" data-end=\"4208\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 poser clairement son point de vue<br data-start=\"4244\" data-end=\"4247\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 nommer le d\u00e9saccord sans l\u2019aggraver<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4289\" data-end=\"4375\">R\u00e9sultat :<br data-start=\"4299\" data-end=\"4302\" \/>la discussion devient plus claire, les positions se posent\u2026 et \u00e7a avance.<br \/>Ce qui est frappant, c\u2019est que le conflit ne devient pas plus fort. Il devient simplement plus lisible.
